If you ever have reason to think something you bought from PokeFwiends isn't authentic, email hello@pull-hub.com with your order number and photos. We'll look into it, and if it isn't genuine you get a full refund, including postage.
Live pulls
Packs booked as live pulls are opened on camera, so you can see the seal and the packaging before anything is opened. The cards that come out are the ones we post to you.
Sealed product
Sealed orders leave us exactly as they arrived from the manufacturer. Product photos on the site may be sample images until we photograph our own stock, and the product name, set and pack count are what you'll receive.
