How do I book a live pull?
Choose Pull it live on the product page or in your cart, then check out as normal. Once your payment clears, the order joins the queue for the next show, or for the show you picked.
Does it cost more?
No. A live pull costs the same as buying the product to ship sealed.
Where can I watch?
Whatnot shows run every day: Bossmanns (@bossmanns) at 6am and Sneevee (@sneevee_tcg) at 7:30pm, UK time. Every show page says who's hosting, links to the stream and keeps the queue and results up to date here on the site. Show times on the site are in your own time zone.
What name shows in the queue?
The name you enter at checkout. Leave it blank and we use your first name and last initial. If you have an account, you can set a default in your settings.
What happens to the cards?
Every card from your pack is yours. We post them to you with tracking after the show, along with anything else on the order.
Does it matter whose stream I came from?
No. Bossmanns and Sneevee sell from the same stock through this one shop, so your order and your place in the queue are the same whichever of them you follow.
What if I can't watch?
Your pack gets opened either way. The best pulls are emailed to you once it's opened, and we add a link to the clip when there is one.
What if a show moves?
We move your pull to the next show and email you the new time.
Can I change my mind?
Email hello@pull-hub.com before the show starts and we'll sort it out. Once a pack has been opened on stream it can't be returned.
What's in the pack?
Pack contents are random. You're buying the sealed product, so we can't promise any particular card.
