PokeFwiends is run by the Whatnot streamers Bossmanns and Sneevee. These terms cover purchases on pokefwiends.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions go to hello@pull-hub.com.

Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling. Delivery is added at checkout, and the full amount is shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order.
Stock and orders
Items are held for 30 minutes while you complete checkout. Our contract with you starts when we email your order confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order for any reason, we refund you in full.
Live pulls
- A live pull is opened on camera during one of our scheduled shows.
- If a show is moved or cancelled, your pull moves to the next show and we email you.
- Pack contents are random. You're buying the sealed product, and we don't promise any particular card or value.
- All cards from your pack are posted to you after the show.
- Your chosen queue name is shown publicly. Please keep it clean; we may change names that aren't.
Delivery, cancellations and returns

Authenticity
Our authenticity guarantee applies to everything we sell.
Your rights and our responsibility
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

PokeFwiends is an independent retailer and isn't affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK or The Pokémon Company.
