When your order is dispatched
Sealed orders are dispatched once payment clears. If your order includes live pulls, it's dispatched after the show, once every pack on the order has been opened.
We email you a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Problems with a delivery
If tracking stops moving or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@pull-hub.com with your order number and we'll take it up with the carrier.
